As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation with a link to track your shipment. Here you can immediately see where your package is and whether everything is working.

As a rule, the package should reach you within a maximum of one to two working days within Germany and within a maximum of three to four working days outside Germany.

TIPS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If you are not at home and there is no note in your mailbox, check your parcel in the DHL portal to see if it has been delivered to a nearby parcel shop. Your parcel will be kept safely there for seven working days and we will protect the environment because we do not make subsequent deliveries.

It is also possible to change the drop-off location yourself in the portal, for example you can redirect your package to a neighbor or a pick-up location near you or set a new delivery date.

To make life easier for our service and for yourself, please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address when ordering. It can happen that your package does not arrive correctly due to a transposed number.

If you made a small mistake when entering the address (e.g. if you forgot to enter the house number), DHL will deliver the package to a parcel shop near you. The same applies if the name on the doorbell is different from the one you entered. If this is the case, you will receive an email from DHL telling you where and when you can pick up the package. Be sure to bring your ID card with you when you pick it up.

In exceptional cases, DHL may not be able to identify a recipient. In this case, your package will be sent back to us. If your package has not arrived and you cannot find a solution, contact our customer service at (link contact form) and we will help you!

RETURNS AND RETURNS

Of course you can also return your order, but you have to pay attention to the following things to ensure that the return is successful. All products should be in the unopened original condition We cannot accept unconditional returns of products to which this does not apply (opened, used, labeled) and they must be destroyed as part of epidemic control. Our service team will be happy to help you!

In case of a return, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Email to hello@alphazoo.de with order number in the subject, which products should be returned and information as to whether the product is sealed or already opened.
  2. Our service team will contact you immediately.
