As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation with a link for tracking the shipment. Here you can immediately see where your package is and whether everything is working.

As a rule, the package should be with you within Germany in a maximum of one to two working days and outside Germany in a maximum of three to four working days.


If you are not at home and there is no note in your mailbox, look for your package in the DHL portal to see whether it was delivered to the nearby parcel shop. Your package will remain safe there for seven working days and we protect the environment because we do not make subsequent deliveries.

It is also possible to change the delivery location yourself in the portal. For example, you can redirect your package to a neighbor or a pickup location near you or set a new delivery date.

To make life easier for our service and yourself, make sure you enter the delivery address correctly when ordering. It can happen unintentionally that your package doesn't arrive correctly due to a number being transposed.

If you made a small mistake when entering the address (e.g. if you forgot to enter the house number), DHL will deliver the package to a parcel shop near you. The same applies if there is a different name on the doorbell than you specified. If this is the case, you will receive an email from DHL telling you where and when you can pick up the package. Be sure to bring your ID card with you when you pick it up.

In exceptional cases it may happen that DHL cannot determine a recipient. In this case, your package will be returned to us. If your package has not arrived and you cannot find a solution, contact our customer service at (link contact form) and we will help you!
